Hello!
The best way to make 9D is to divide dimensions to 3 groups (say, (A,B,C), (D,E,F) and (G,H,I), and then make three "projections" of the cube to these 3 groups. Eash projection will consist of 729=27*27 classic Rubik’s cubes 3^3, and each cubie will appear in all 3 projections. For example, 9C will appear as 3 corners (9 stickers in total), 8C - as two corners and one edge, and so on. Now I’m not sure about twist implementation, but it looks like 3-click mode will work.
Problem is that 3^9 will take more than a year to solve (if you spend 4 hours every day). But 2^9 looks very possible :)
